Dear people of the earth, Christmas came early. Last Friday, I got a full-time job in film. That’s right, after 20+ months of self-reliance, failing harder and melancholia, luck broke my way. Come January 3rd, I’ll be joining Killer Films as the assistant to producers/co-founders, Christine Vachon and Pamela Koffler. These legendary women have been bringing the kind of indie films that stick in your head (Kids, Velvet Goldmine, Boys Don’t Cry, I’m Not There, Mildred Pierce) since ‘95. I cannot wait. And I couldn’t have survived this uncertain journey without my family, true friends and many many escapes to the movies. Here’s to you! Love, ohmovies.
